All prints by The Atelier LA are “made to order” and therefore made just for you. Because of this, all sales are final. The Atelier LA does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for your orders.
On rare occasions, items can unfortunately become damaged in transit. If you feel your item has arrived damaged, please contact me immediately with the documented, detailed, clearly visible images of the damages and packaging at kristen@theatelierla.com.
